On February 2, 1927, the decedent, Mary Ellen Hone, died, an insane patient in Kings Park State Hospital in Suffolk county. On February 8, 1927, letters of administration upon the personal estate of said decedent were granted to Harold Hone in Suffolk county upon his filing a bond in the sum of $20,000 with the London and Lancashire Indemnity Company as surety. *184The petition for such letters of administration contained the following allegation: “ That the said decedent died leaving no surviving husband, no child or issue of a deceased child, no grandchildren, no father or mother,…
