This cause is here by certiorari to review the judgment of the Appellate Court which reversed and remanded a decree of the circuit court of Pike county foreclosing a mortgage given by defendants in error against certain lands in that county. The notes secured by the mortgage were made payable to plaintiffs in error Otis E. Taylor and William H. Petefish and by them assigned to plaintiff in error M. F. Dunlap. The mortgage is dated December 17, 1924, and shows that it is made to secure notes aggregating $90,000 of that date, payable in certain amounts on January 1, 1927, January 1, 1928, and…
