The Director of the Alcohol and Gaming Division of the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department appeals from a district court order vacating three Division orders each disapproving the transfer of a liquor license in the City of Albuquerque. The orders were precipitated by the transfer of a substantial portion of the ownership of stock in The Southland Corporation.
