American Preferred Prescription (“APP” or “Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code on July 22, 1993. APP filed an adversary proceeding and in conjunction therewith obtained a temporary restraining order restraining Lisa Reagan (“Reagan”), a former employee now employed by Health Management, Inc. (“HMI”) from divulging confidential or proprietary information regarding APP, including but not limited to its client list, operations and other information regarding the management of APP.
