— At the December term, 1904, of the circuit court of the city of St. Louis, there was filed in the office of the clerk of said court an information by the circuit attorney of said city, charging the defendant Buck with having feloniously stolen from one Patrick J. Keane, at said city, the sum of two hundred dollars. Thereafter, defendant was put upon trial and found guilty and his punishment fixed at imprisonment in the penitentiary for three years.
