Charles Werner (“personal representative”) appeals the judgment of the probate division of the circuit court which found that Murray L. Wax (“ex-husband”) is the surviving joint tenant and the sole owner of certain bank and brokerage accounts jointly held with his former wife, Rosalie H. Wax, now deceased (“decedent”). Personal representative contends that decedent was the sole owner of two accounts under the provisions of the decree of dissolution of marriage (“dissolution decree”).
