SUSZAN, Judge:

A military judge sitting as a general court-martial convicted the appellant, in accordance with his pleas, of obstruction of justice, indecent acts with another, and wrongfully providing alcohol to a minor and thereafter failing to provide medical attention, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. The appellant was sentenced to confinement for 24 months, reduction to pay grade E-l, and a bad-conduct discharge.
