MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This case comes before the court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff contends he was discriminated against in terms and conditions of his employment and in the termination of his employment because of his national origin (Mexican), and that his termination was in retaliation for his having complained of that discrimination.
