The petitioner brings this proceeding for a writ of coram nobis on the ground that, following a plea of guilty to murder in the second degree and sentence, he was not advised by his attorneys or anyone else of his right to appeal within the time limited therefor. .He was granted a hearing by this court and said hearing* was held on October 21, 1969.
