Kenneth Lamar Johnson appeals his convictions for rape, aggravated sodomy, two counts of aggravated assault, three counts of burglary, and false imprisonment. He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain his convictions, the denial of his motion for new trial, and the denial of his motion for a mistrial because of a juror’s contact with the prosecutor. He contends his defense counsel was ineffective and also challenges the admission of certain similar transaction evidence.
