This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of Horace Steele and Ethel Steele,, Texas Independent Oil Company, a corporation, Blakely Oil, Incorporated, a corporation, defendants-appellees, and against Harbel Oil Company, a corporation, plaintiff-appellant.
