The original bill in this case was filed on May 14, 1935, by Edith Cooper Land, against the defendants A. G. Maxwell, Sr., the Carthage Spoke Company, a corporation and the Tennessee Handle Company, originally a partnership composed of A. G. Maxwell, Sr., Mrs. A. G. Maxwell, Sr.,'A. G. Maxwell, Jr. and G. A.
