OPINION
SWEET, District Judge.
Plaintiffs T & M Meat Fair, Inc. (“T & M”), Michael Milano (“Milano”), Anthony Maurino (“Maurino”) and Thomas Ven-trone (“Ventrone”) (collectively the “Plaintiffs”) have moved to remand this case to state court after the defendants, who are all associated with the United Food and Commercial Workers (“UFCW”), filed Notices of Removal invoking this Court’s original jurisdiction under section 503 of the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1132, and section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act (“LMRA”), 29 U.S.C. §…
