Relator filed a Petition for Writ of Prohibition, along with Suggestions in Support and exhibits, challenging an Order entered by Respondent appointing a Special Prosecutor in the underlying case, with the expenses for such appointment to be paid by the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
