Federal inmate Ysidro Espinoza seeks judicial review of prison discipline in which he lost thirteen days of “good time” credit for fighting with another inmate at the Federal Correctional Institute at Sandstone, Minnesota. The district court 1 denied habeas corpus relief, concluding that “some evidence” supports the prison offi- dais’ decision to impose this sanction, the due process standard adopted in Superintendent v.
