KERNER, Circuit Judge.

This appeal is from an order modifying an injunction issued July 19, 1924, enjoining appellees from interfering, through a secondary boycott, with appellant’s business.

The complaint charged that the appellees had entered into a conspiracy to interfere with and restrain interstate commerce, and prayed for an injunction against the appellees, from calling a strike or threatening to call a strike against employers other than the appellant by whom the unions were not employed; from interfering with or obstructing the interstate business of the appellant; from injuring or…
