MYRON L. GORDON, District Judge.
This is a products liability action in which Robert L. Klick alleges that he was injured when the framework of a mobile home collapsed during the course of his employment. Subsequent to the alleged accident, Mr. Klick received workmen’s compensation benefits from his employer’s insurance carrier, the Insurance Company of North America (INA). On July 28, 1978, Mr. Klick and his wife, Mary T.
