Parks, as executors of, and trustees under the will of George W. Parks, late of the city of Providence, deceased, as modified by the codicils thereto, against Agnes Parks Winslow and Johnson W. Parks, individually, the three minor daughters of Agnes Parks Winslow, and Maine Central Institute, a corporation.
