Two motions pertaining to the above-captioned adversary action are before the Court at this time.

Defendants Glenn A. Main, III and Darla A. Main (“Debtors”) have brought a Motion To Dismiss the Complaint Objecting to Dischargeability Of A Debt and/or To Discharge. Debtors argue that timely notice of their bankruptcy petition was given to Plaintiff National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA (“National Union”).
