*1028Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Penny M. Wolfgang, J.), entered May 18, 2005 in a personal injury action. The order, among other things, denied the motion of defendants Eileen Jackson, Bonita Jackson and Earl Jackson for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
