DECISION AND ORDER

ADELMAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff Praefke Auto Electric & Battery Co., Inc., d/b/a Praefke Aircooled Engines (“Praefke”) seeks remedies against Tecumseh Products Co. (“Tecumseh”) for Praefke’s termination as a Tecumseh Authorized Service Dealer in March 1999, allegedly in violation of the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, Wis.Stats. ch. 135 (“the WFDL”). This court has diversity jurisdiction; Tecumseh is incorporated in Michigan and Michigan is its principal place of business, while Praefke is incorporated in Wisconsin and Wisconsin is its principal place of business.
