The appellants were the defendants and the appellee was the plaintiff in the lower court.

Plaintiff filed his bill of complaint in chancery as administrator de bonis non of the estate of his father, against the executor and executrix of the estate of his half-sister, Claudia Johnson Bolen, and against the guardian of his incompetent half-sister, Claudia Louise Williams. The cause was subsequently transferred to the law docket.
