This is a proceeding brought for the purpose of obtaining a determination as to the validity, construction and effect of the bequests contained in the ‘ ‘ Third ’ ’ paragraph of the decedent’s will, namely: “ Third. I give and bequeath a United States Savings Bond, Series G-. of the denomination of $1,000.00 to each of my grandchildren, namely: Richard 0. Hab-DENBERGH, BARBARA JEAN HARDENBERGH, DANIEL K.
