This is a proceeding to determine the validity of a claim filed by Aetna Finance Company of Maine in these con*538solidated wage earner proceedings under Chapter XIII of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. (1964). It is before the Court, acting in the stead of the referee in bankruptcy, upon remand following the District Court’s decision of July 20, 1967, In re Richards, 272 F.Supp. 480 (D.Me.19671).
