Appellant T. E. T. was charged with juvenile delinquency for unlawful possession of (1) “a rifle (CO-2 BB) without having obtained a firearms purchaser identification card,” and (2) “two 8" steak knives under circumstances not manifestly appropriate for [their] lawful use,” contrary to N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5(c) and N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5(d), respectively.
