INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Julio Ramirez (“Ramirez” or “plaintiff’) brought this action against his former-employer, defendant New York City Board of Education (the “Board”), 1 alleging disability discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (“FMLA”), the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”), and the New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”).
