Plaintiff in error is the owner of the west half of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter, the west half of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter and the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter, all in section 3 in Omega township, Marion county, Illinois. A road, hereinafter referred to as the north and south road, runs north and south along the west line of the twenty-acre tract first above described.
