This is an appeal from an order of the Northampton County Board of Elections (hereinafter called the county board) certifying the computation of the returns of *482the general election held on November 6, 1951. The appeal was taken by Floyd W. Keener pursuant to the provisions of section 1407 of the Election Code of June 3, 1937, P. L. 1333, 25 PS §3157, which provides, inter alia :

“Any person aggrieved by any order or decision of any county board regarding the computation or canr vassing of the returns of any primary or election, . . . may appeal therefrom within two days after…
