Appellee filed his petition with the Industrial Board for compensation and was awarded compensation for an injury alleged to have been sustained while in the employ of appellant and in the due course of business. From the award of the full board, appellant appealed.

The facts as shown by the uncontradicted evidence are substantially as follows: Urban O.
