Charlie Frank Burks was convicted of two counts of felony murder, three counts of aggravated assault, and five counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. He appeals from the judgment and sentence entered thereon.

In his sole enumeration of error, appellant contends the evidence was not sufficient to support the jury’s verdict finding him guilty as a party to the crimes for which he was convicted.
