Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 30, 1975 (the date on the clerk’s extract is July 1, 1975), convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial ordered. Defendant contends that he was denied a fair trial because of the misconduct of the prosecutor and the introduction into evidence of unrelated and uncharged crimes.
