'"Plaintiffs are the four major children of the late B. R. Williams and his wife, Mrs. Lillie D. Harrell. They are claiming from their uncle, S. P. Harrell, the defendant, four-fifths interest in and to certain property inherited by their mother, Mrs. Lillie D. Williams, from their grandparents, the late J. O. Harrell and his wife, Prances R. Harrell. They allege that their mother, Mrs. Lillie D. Williams, was one of six children, and that her interest in the succession of her parents is therefore one-sixth, and that their interest is four-fifths of one-sixth' of the property…
