Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of plaintiff, entered July 26, 1983 in Otsego County, upon a decision of the court at Trial Term (Lee, Jr., J.), without a jury.
On July 5, 1980, defendants entered into a contract to purchase plaintiff’s home for $63,500. The closing was to be on or about August 15, 1980.
