*98*466On November 17, 2016, plaintiff James Murray filed a two-count complaint against defendants Comcast Corporation,1 Gary Kotzen, Victor Kruz,2 and Thomas O'Kane alleging violations of (1) the Conscientious Employee Protection Act, N.J.S.A. 34:19-1 to -14 and (2) the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 to -49.
