COFFIN, Circuit Judge.
Appellant Delta Airlines entered into contracts with appellee Littleton Stamp and Coin Co. in which it agreed to make two shipments of coins from New Hampshire to New York City and to collect the price of the coins from Littleton’s customer at the airport in New York. The contracts, which were in the form of Uniform Airbills, authorized the carrier to accept certified checks in payment for the goods.
