{¶ 1} Relators-appellants, the Meigs County Home Rule Committee and its members, Paul K. Strauss, Gregory D. Howard, Dennis Jay Sargent, Kathy Lynn Sargent, and Marsha Nagy Whitton (“the committee”), seek to place a proposed county charter on the November 2016 ballot.
