Petitioners Hanad Abdi ("Abdi") and Johan Barrios Ramos ("Barrios Ramos") brought this action seeking relief on behalf of themselves individually and on behalf of a proposed class of similarly situated asylum-seekers held at the Buffalo Federal Detention Facility in Batavia, New York. (Dkt. 17).
