Famularo Catering, Inc. (Famularo) petitions for review of the July 21, 2014, order of the Department of Labor and Industry (Department) denying Famula-ro’s petition for reassessment of unemployment compensation (UC) taxes assessed by the Department’s Office of Unemployment Compensation Tax Services (OUCTS). We affirm.
