Crawford, an insane person, hereinafter designated as the “plaintiff,” obtained a judgment in tbe District Court oí Natrona County against tbe defendants Jessie Swanson, Fred Swanson, Nebraska Central Building and Loan Association, a corporation, "Wyoming Trust Company, a corporation, and Leo A.
