MEMORANDUM AND OPINION

COBB, District Judge.

This case began as a wrongful death action by representatives of victims involved in a North Sea oil well platform accident against an oil corporation and other defendants. It ended with this Court holding that it did not have personal jurisdiction over defendants and dismissing the case on forum non conveniens grounds. Defendants Sub Sea International, now (“SSII”) and Sub Sea Offshore Ltd.
