Respondent was admitted to practice by the First Department in 1991. He currently maintains an office for the practice of law in the City of Kingston, Ulster County.

By decision dated November 25, 2015, this Court suspended respondent from the practice of law for two years, which suspension was conditionally stayed (133 AD3d 1191 [2015]).
