*20This suit was filed in the County Court of Travis County, Texas, by the Pecos River Railroad Company, hereinafter called the Railroad, against M. 0. Flowers, Secretary of State, and other named State officials, hereinafter called the Secretary, to recover the sum of $325.00. Trial in the county court on an agreed statement of facts resulted in a judgment for the Railroad. On appeal by the Secretary to the Austin Court of Civil Appeals, the judgment of the county court was affirmed. 152 S. W. (2d) 502.
