1. The construction of an unambiguous contract is a matter for tlie court, especially when there is no contention that there is any ambiguity in the terms of the contract. Park’s Ann. Code, § 4265; Ludden & Bates Sou. Music Co. v. Dairy & Farm Supply Co., 17 App. 581 (1) (87 S. E. 823). It was therefore not error for the court to charge, “ As I stated, the contract is attached to the petition and will be out with you, and is not ambiguous, and you will see the terms of the contracts from the contract itself.”
