MEMORANDUM DECISION ON MOTION TO AVOID LIEN

BACKGROUND

This matter came before the Court on the debtor’s motion under Bankruptcy Code § 522(f) 1 to avoid the judicial lien held by Mitchell Foshay against the debt- or’s residence located at 5452, 82nd Ave. S.W., Seattle, Washington (the “Real Property”).
