Florencia Aguilar-Dominguez petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) dismissing her appeal from the denial of her motion to reopen and rescind. We affirm.
Aguilar-Dominguez, a citizen of Mexico, entered the United States without inspection in 1988. On May 19, 1993, she was personally served an Order to Show Cause (OSC) alleging that she had entered the country illegally and was subject to deportation.
