Defendant appeals his March 16, 1976, jury conviction of first-degree murder, MCLA 750.316; MSA 28.548.
On April 16, 1976, he was sentenced to life imprisonment.
At trial, a key prosecution witness and alleged accomplice, Travis Herndon, was granted immunity in return for his testimony.
