In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, Talisman, Rudin & DeLorenz, EC., the plaintiffs former attorney, appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ruditzky, J.), dated March 20, 2006, as, after a hearing, and upon granting that branch of its motion which was to enforce a charging lien pursuant to Judiciary Law § 475, fixed its proportionate share of a contingent percentage of a legal fee in the sum of only $8,333.33.

*681Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, and the matter is remitted…
