Thomas J. Sireci, Jr., the personal representative of the estate of Donald M. Sparks, appeals from a non-final order denying his petition to bar Charles J. Deal’s claim for monies owed to him by the deceased and permitting Deal to amend his claim. We affirm.

Roger McClelland, an attorney, filed a petition for appointment of a curator in the estate of Donald M. Sparks on September 4, 1989. On September 15, 1989, Deal filed a caveat by creditor in Spark’s estate; the caveat was treated as a claim against the estate. The probate court issued letters of curatorship in favor of…
