Pannell, Judge.
The defendant was convicted of the offense of voluntary manslaughter and was given a ten-year sentence. He filed a motion for new trial on the general grounds only, which was overruled. He appealed from the judgment of conviction and sentence and made no contentions in reference to the general grounds of the motion for new trial in his enumerations of error. Held:
