The defendant is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree and unlawful possession of marijuana. After discussing a possible plea by the defendant with the parties, it became evident that this case would likely be able to be resolved with a plea.
